Exchange

A $6.99 USD fee applies to eligible exchanges requested for personal reasons, including size or color preferences. This fee does not apply to products that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer.

Mystery Packs are Final Sale and are excluded from ordinary returns, exchanges and the First-Pair Size Guarantee, except where required by applicable law. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us so we can help. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please contact support@furqx.com before arranging an exchange. See our Return & Exchange Policy for eligibility and conditions.
