Good fit starts with the right measurements. Use this guide to understand how to measure, then check the size chart on the product page for the style you’re considering.
Cuts, fabrics and waistband designs can affect how underwear fits. Rather than relying only on your usual size, compare your measurements with the chart for your chosen product.
How to Measure
Waist
Use a soft measuring tape around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Stand comfortably and keep the tape level, snug but not tight. Avoid holding your breath or pulling in your stomach.
For low-rise styles, also note the measurement around the lower position where you prefer the waistband to sit. Follow the product chart’s stated measuring point—do not substitute a lower-waist measurement for a natural-waist measurement unless instructed.

Reading Your Size Chart
Our size chart shows recommended body waist ranges, not the measurements of the underwear itself.
Measure around your body where the waistband normally sits, keeping the tape snug without pulling it tight. Match your measurement to the waist range in the chart.
