We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s tracking record. This voluntary return window does not limit your statutory rights.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

For ordinary returns and exchanges, items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, in their original packaging, with all original tags and labels. The try-on exception is explained under our First-Pair Size Guarantee.

Gift cards and items clearly marked Final Sale, including Mystery Packs, are excluded from our voluntary return and exchange policy and First-Pair Size Guarantee. Regular sale items remain eligible unless marked Final Sale before purchase.

These exclusions do not apply where a return, refund or other remedy is required by law.

Shipping Costs

For eligible returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, including size, color or change of mind, the shipping charge is $6.99 USD per request.

This is the total shipping charge for the request, including return shipping and, for exchanges, delivery of the replacement. No separate restocking or handling fee applies.

For returns, the charge will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, we will email you a payment link before shipping the replacement.

We will arrange return shipping where a return is required. Please contact us for instructions before purchasing postage.

No shipping charge applies to faulty, damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders, or where applicable law requires us to cover shipping costs.

First-Pair Size Guarantee

You may try on one pair per eligible order and request one replacement of the same product in a different size within the 30-day request window.

• You may keep the tried-on pair; no return is required.
• The shipping charge stated above applies.
• Replacement sizes are subject to availability.
• Tried-on items are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind refunds, without affecting your statutory rights.

Other eligible exchanges may be made for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Please contact us as soon as you discover an issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, clear photographs.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include a replacement, refund or other resolution. Any necessary return shipping will be arranged at our expense.

The 30-day voluntary return window does not limit claims covered by statutory consumer rights.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email support@furqx.com with:

• Your order number
• The item and reason for your request
• Your preferred replacement size or color, if applicable

We will provide the return address and shipping instructions. For voluntary returns, please send the items back within 14 days after we provide return instructions.

Contacting us first helps ensure your return reaches the correct location. It is not a condition for exercising statutory withdrawal rights.

Refunds

We will inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the funds.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable for voluntary returns. Where required by law, we will also refund applicable original delivery charges.

EU and UK Customers

For eligible online purchases, EU and UK customers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, notify us of your decision within 14 days after delivery. No reason is required. You must then send the goods back within 14 days of your notification.

Our voluntary return conditions and Final Sale labels do not override this right. You may inspect goods as permitted by law. Any deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning will be made only where legally permitted.

The return shipping charge stated above applies only where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase. It is a shipping charge, not a cancellation penalty.

For a withdrawal covering an entire order, we will refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is not refundable unless required by law.

We will issue the refund within 14 days of your withdrawal notification. Where legally permitted, we may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change an order. We will try to stop processing or dispatch, but cannot guarantee that we can do so in time. This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. Where this policy conflicts with mandatory legal requirements, those requirements take precedence.
